Before completing your payment and enrolling in the Aviation Health and Fitness coaching program, please read the following terms carefully.

Terms of Enrolment and Payment

By proceeding with your payment through the Stripe payment link, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Enrolment. By making your payment, you acknowledge and accept these terms as a legally binding agreement, without the need for a separate signature, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

1.⁠ ⁠Minimum Commitment: 6 Months

Enrollment in the coaching program involves a minimum commitment of six (6) months. By enrolling, you agree to the applicable payment obligations associated with this commitment.

2.⁠ ⁠Payments Are Non-Refundable

All payments made for the program are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Please ensure that you fully understand the program, commitment, and payment terms before completing your purchase.

3.⁠ ⁠Immediate Access to Proprietary Materials

Your enrollment provides you with immediate access to proprietary coaching systems, methodologies, educational materials, resources, documents, processes, strategies, and other intellectual property belonging to or licensed by Aviation Health and Fitness (Sustainable Fitness LLC).

These materials are provided solely for your personal use as part of the coaching program. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, share, disclose, or otherwise make these materials available to any third party without our prior written permission.

4.⁠ ⁠Confidentiality / NDA

During the program, you may receive confidential or proprietary information relating to Aviation Health and Fitness (Sustainable Fitness LLC), including business information, systems, methodologies, processes, resources, materials, strategies, and other non-public information.

By enrolling and making your payment, you agree to keep such confidential information private and not disclose, reproduce, distribute, or use it outside the purpose of participating in the program, except where disclosure is required by law.

This confidentiality obligation is intended to operate as a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) between you and Aviation Health and Fitness (Sustainable Fitness LLC), to the extent permitted by applicable law.

5.⁠ ⁠Questions Before Payment

If you have any questions about the coaching program, your six-month commitment, the payment terms, confidentiality obligations, or any other aspect of your enrollment, please ask us before completing your payment.

6.⁠ ⁠Billing Concerns and Payment Disputes

If you have a billing concern or believe there has been an error relating to a payment, you agree to contact Aviation Health and Fitness (Sustainable Fitness LLC) first and give us the opportunity to resolve the matter before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, except where prohibited by applicable law.

By completing your payment through the Stripe payment link, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms, and that your payment constitutes your acceptance of this agreement.
